Opening an Account

To open your Ingram International account, just contact an Ingram International Sales Representative for a New Account and Credit Application. Please supply complete information, so your account can be opened quickly.

Discounts and Terms

Our wholesale discounts are highly competitive and are based upon the payment terms our customers require, up to 120 days*. Pro forma invoices are provided for pre-paid orders. Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.

Ordering from Ingram International

Ingram makes ordering easy! We accept orders by electronic transmission, FAX, mail, phone, and e-mail. To simplify your order placement, please use ISBNs (International Standard Book Numbers) when placing your orders.

We accept mail, e-mail, and FAX orders in any format that is convenient for you, including computer printouts or a typed or legibly written list. To avoid delay, please indicate the following information:

• Ship-to address
• Bill-to address, if different
• Your ship-to account number
• Special shipping instructions, if needed
• Backorder preference for out-of-stock titles
• Your purchase order number
• ISBN and quantity of each title desired
